Interactions with clients typically include a mix of these four elements. Consulting is in the initial phase, where we work together to form and understanding of their desires, assessment follows either informally though continued conversations or formally though the Organizational Assessment Tool we've developed. Results from the assessment lead to coaching to help the client form goals and strategies for achieving them, training is customized to those goals and used to break down whatever barriers were discovered along the way.
