Elise has led a truly blessed life and would like to give back the experiences she has encountered. Her objective is to share with others, some of the experiences and lessons she has learned along life’s journey. She brings insights on business, leadership, communication, and motivational public speaking topics. She is a practiced public speaker that can tailor the desired message to a variety of groups.

Background

She was raised Catholic in a small town in Northern Indiana. From there she attended college at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI), served as an Air Force Officer, has consulted for the government, and currently owns her own business.  Her natural abilities for presenting were honed skills  during  high school involvement in the Speech Club. In college, along with presentations for classes, she gave talks at and hosted various diocesan church retreats for her peers. Her public speaking abilities continued to grow with my service in the Air Force with briefings and presentations given to various audiences from students to congressional representatives.

Experience

Her leadership experience goes back to being the captain of the track and cross country teams in high school. She also was on a regional youth council that represented and supported youth in the area. At VMI, she was recognized as a leader and began to hone her skills. Through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) she learned the fundamentals necessary to be a good leader. As a Logistics Readiness Officer in the Air Force she led teams of up to 100 personnel. During this time she completed her MBA focused in Project Management. She went on to work as a Program Manager for a government contractor. Now, interacting with her clients she delivers a wide variety of products from a communications workshop for a marketing firm, to forming a teen leadership group at a local church and leading a confidence building program for teen girls.
